Precision Threading Die Ring (Tolerance 6g) - M8 x 0.75 by VLKEL

The threading ring must screw onto the entire length of the workpiece's thread by hand, without excessive force. If this isn't possible, the thread doesn't meet the required standards (defective). The reference temperature for the workpieces and gauges is 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate. The calibration, following specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI), is performed in an independent lab on IAC thread scanners.

• Manual Threading Test: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the Werkstück's thread smoothly by hand, without excessive force
• Thread Quality Check: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed on, the Werkstück's thread does not meet the required standards (Ausschuss)
• Reference Temperature: Werkstücke and Lehren are calibrated at a reference temperature of 20°C
• Calibration Services: VÖLKEL offers on-request Werkskalibrierschein. Independent lab calibration follows set norms (DIN, ISO, ANSI) using IAC-Gewindescanner
