Nitinol SMA tubing enables precise hydraulic activation by regulating fluid temperature. At 500mm max length, it's flexible at room temp and reverts to straight at 50C. With a 0.5mm wall thickness, the full tube weighs 25 grams. While we can halve it for lower cost, full length is advised. Our meticulous process yields oxide-free tubes with superior memory function. A simple pump can deliver carrier fluid for heat activation. Pre-treated with straight shape memory, complete austenite Af occurs at 50C.
